We’re a family-owned farm with generations of experience behind us, and we started out just like so many other Australian dairy farms: with a good herd of cattle and a lot of passion. When price wars began driving down the prices for raw milk, we decided it was time to go into processing. That’s when single source milk was born, and it’s changing everything about the industry.

Our company is the first and only Australian dairy to offer single source milk. we oversee every step our products take, from beginning to end. It also means we can trace our supply back to the individual cows who produced it. This is made possible by our digital monitoring system which relays information from our milking metres back to a central computer.
This gives us a lot of control over the quality of our products and it’s also why we can guarantee freshness.
