And we got there without fortifying it, without adding anything in, and without changing what cottage cheese is meant to be. Our cottage cheese is made with just five things: milk, cream, salt, culture and enzyme. No stabilisers, no thickeners, no gums, no preservatives, no fortification. And naturally gluten free. When you read the label, you'll know exactly what you're eating, and you'll be able to pronounce all of it.

Every tub of our cottage cheese starts with milk from our own herd, milked that morning at our family farm in Dubbo and processed on the same property. That's where the flavour comes from, rich, creamy and fresh, the way cottage cheese is meant to taste. Lovely on its own. Even better with a drizzle of honey, a crack of pepper, or piled onto your morning toast.
